Default My DB1 Project on a budget, got a few q's

Ok the parts i have as of Now are;
XSi b16 head, unported nothing done
supertech valve springs and retainers
Blox cam gears
Blox type b cams
itr intake mani and tb
93 b18a1 block stock 81 mm
stock crank
stock rods
arp rod bolts
This is going in my 93 4 door teg. I want to get at least 200 hp, will these cams be enough to hit that number, also what pistons would you recomend for a buget build like this. Im looking at the rs mach. type r 81mm or the ctr rs mach. but will the cr be too much for a daily driver?
