Anyone have any pictures of a 2008 or 2009 Silver 4Dr Si...Ive been thinking about tradiing mine in for a white 2dr but on the other hand I think I might like my 4dr more if I had some 15% tint or so on it...anyone have any pics of more specifically of their car with Tint? Silver please, I just haven't seen many silver with tint...alot of whites and reds and blacks...but not alot of silver.

why would you want a 2DR over a 4DR? 4DR is much more reasonable. (you got to look at the long run)
and why white? white comes with the tan interior which in my opinion is very ugly.
just my opinion.
im up for the picture for silver + tint..
my friend has a silver but parents wont let him tint it >.>

where do you live? why dont you get it tinted 1st to see? around here i know a shop that does the tinting for 20bucks a window

Im pretty sure all Si's come with a black interior. And yea I live in Florida, can't find a tinter...is that even a word....well for that cheap. I'll keep looking though. but yes i agree in the long run it is much more reasonable. This is true.

 

Did you read what he wrote? It is an Si, all Si's regardless of exterior paint come in a BLACK interior. This isn't like the RSX-S's.

I have looked, but thats one silver tinted Si of the very few on the picture thread. Im just asking if people have some to post some on here so I can get an idea what it looks like. The few on there...just don't give me enough of an idea, probably because theres only one tinted silver si per 30 post.

Someone even was nice enough to find one for you. Go look yourself in the mentioned picture thread or use your imagination.

 

I havnt gotten mine tinted yet but i dont think window tint should affect you decision to trade your car. Get the window tint anyways, only $300ish so just do it and see if you like it.

 

ok first off. Do you know why some rim sites have little flash or adobe mods to help you see what rims will look like on your car. So you have a better idea what it is before you buy it.

Second, why the hell are you posting a reply if all your going to do is flame. Im casually asking for a picture on a site full of Civic owners for a few pictures that I could not otherwise find in the picture threads. Thanks though.

 

Yes I do know why some "rim sites" have flash applications. You have a picture of a silver SI with tint as requested spoon fed to you and apparently it's just not quite enough, but you don't want to spend your time looking for the pictures yourself.

I post wherever I feel tempted to. I own a 06 Civic LX and frequent this section - as I'm also considering a 07 Civic SI as my next upcoming purchase. Which also just happens to be silver. So seeing how the title is "Silver SI" I hopped in only to find a person incapable of clicking "Next" on the stickied picture thread.

 

you are correct, one picture is not sufficient. One picture hardly gives me an idea of how something will work. Darker tint, lighter tint, idk. I just want to see more pictures of silver si's with Tint. Just to give me a better idea of what im looking at before I purchase. I really have looked over the entire picture thread,im sorry but its just hard to compare different Silver civics/si's with each other when they're sepearted by countless other cars and post. If you have a picture of a silver si with tint, please post it. I am by no means asking anyone else to search the forums for another picture.

 

That would be the one I am considering.

But due to lighting you are going to have no clue what percent tint it is. I wouldn't even bother trying to go off of the pictures for it. Legal in most states is like 50f/35r the one above *appears* to be 35% but could be 20% due to lighting.

 

Wow im gonna be honest with Tint Silver is absolutely beautiful. I think tints 15% down here which would be ever darker, that looks great. And with some rims...oh good to go haha.

 

People will flame on any thread if situation warrants it. In your case, this thread is completely unecessary because there it a PICTURE Thread at the top of the forum where we found all the pictures we posted in this thread. Again, picture threads are designated to go into the Appearance and Cosmetic section. So either way, you posted an unecessary thread in the wrong forum. Good day.

No...I'm asking for purely silver civic si's with tint so I can get an idea of what it will look like and how dark others have gone.

The picture thread helps, yes, but as I said, its hard to compare pics when theyre spaced apart so far by any number of post.

 

id definately pick the 2008 over the 2009 in my opinion the bumpers on the 09 is ugly how the fog lights are set up... thats just me.

no. I dont want to imagine what my car might look like. I want to see re world ideas or products of what people have done, so I might better my imagination by broadening where I get my ideas from.
