shiftin too lat?
check your tranny fluid first make sure it looks good and isn't discolored. if so get a tranny flush and change the tranny filter. otherwise might be the start to tranny problems. shouldn't have to adjust it unless it is a new tranny. otherwise to me sounds like the beginning to a potential problem
thats the thing i just installed a jdm tranny in there. so im guessing its some cable. but would it be the accelerator cable or a throttle control cable. this is my first time messin with any of this so im havin a little trouble trouble shootin the problem. just filled it up with honda fluid too
the fluid is fine. its filled right up to the top of the dipstick section and is still the correct color. plus it doesn't have any **** floatin around in it.
Im pretty sure its a cable adjustment problemand once again im just havin problems locating it. took it to emissions and it wasn't ready yet but engine idol was fine. i guess ill check for slack on the throttle control cable. ive read that may be it

the cable in the automatics wont cause the tranny to shift late. and you wont see any debris "floating" on the surface of the fluid. clutch material and metal flaking will all sink to the bottom. it sounds like the shift body is starting to go. those tranny's have a tendancy to start shifting late. i wouldnt worry about it unless it gets worse.

Located the problem a few of the cables on the air plenem were a little loose. just tightened em up so there was no slack and now it works great. i think its shiftin a little hard because i remember when i was puttin the bolts in the rear engine mount it moved up and down a lot so its probably slightly lose somewhere.
