Help me with tire fitment for my 1993 del sol

For the second time. If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.
I'm trying to acheive the same fitment as the guy is in this pic. 15x8 +0.

So if you know this guys setup please tell me.

Air bags? Otherwise, unless that person has rubber band tires, and that car probably scrapes the tires at every little turn.
