Ive had two ef hatchs one was my first car and the other i bought soon after, later on i bought a crx si and the hatchs have been sitting since then, lately ive been wanting to start a project and decided to use one of the hatchs. the 89 has the best body and less rust, but the interior is trashed so i wanna swap the interior along with several other parts from the other hatch which is an 88, my question is are there any differences in the way the interior bolts in such as the dash and other panels, i dont want to pulll the interior out and then find out that it wont go into the other car.
You're golden man, 88 and 89's are nearly the same (major difference is the transmission... 88 has 21 spline input shaft and an 89 has the normal 20 spline input shaft). 90-91's are pretty much the same as well. Since you have an 88 and an 89 everything interior wise will swap over just fine. Have fun!
