Default H/F distributors/ spool solenoid

Okay, i know the civics and del sols dont come with F or H series, but the accord and prelude forums dont get nearly as much traffic as here. and i know for a fact there are a bunch of people in here with H and F swaps.
with that said, i was wondering about the interchangeability of the OBD1 distributors. Most of the F and H series parts are interchangeable so i thought these might too.
i was also wondering about the Vtec spool solenoid, the hat looking thing on mine snapped off during shipping, is it only H series that fits?

Summary:
1. H series and F series Distributors interchangeable?
2. H series and F series spool solenoids interchangeable?

As far as I'm aware the distributors are different, unless there's a specific JDM or EDM one that I'm not aware of. No clue on the VTEC solenoid.
