Default Pro's and Con's about lighten'ed crank pulleys?

As the ques, says... Did anyone here anything bad about using aftermarket crank pulleys?

Factory crank pulleys have an integrated harmonic dampener. The rubber strip in the middle. I've have not ever seen and aftermarket pulley with it. Its important, especially for reliability. I would only use a factory one.
