Default 2000 Civic Si Rolling Chassis

Ok what Ive got here is a 2000 Civic Si that was a theft recovery. I purchased it about 8 months ago and am still waiting on the title. Ive decided to try and put it up here and test it out and try to sell it with out a title. The body is mint and has 63k miles on it. I recently painted the car Smoke metallic from the Nissan Altima, and I still have about 1/2 gallon of paint left. This would be a perfect car if you have a engine or have a wrecked Si in your possesion with a title. Please PM me with any offers or inquiries. I have a few pictures that I will post within the next two days.

Ive got about 2000 tied up in this thing right now and am going to ask for $1500 obo. When I get the title I will be putting the price up higher to account for all the trouble getting this all figured out.

Again the body on this thing is mint, has all for disc brakes, just needs engine and tranny and ecu, seats and some love and time.

The story behind it is:

I bought the chassis and paid the tax and its been signed over. After all the paper work went to Albany I got it back saying that the repossession company that got the car after its theft never received a sale price from the auction house. Ive got to call again tomarrow, but Ive been running around trying to get the title and waiting for going on two months after I got the letter from the DMV.

Im just testing waters with it now, maybe somebody has a wrecked si and needs a chassis or needs the parts on it or something.

Im moving in the next two months and have to make this this dissapear.

If you read the first post, no I do not have the title back. But yes the tax has been paid and the paper work has been submitted to have it all in my name. Im just waiting for the auction house to furnish the final sale price to the repo firm that got the car after its theft
