Well I have the ESP bracket and the alternator. Since the plugs for the h22 alternator and the d16 alternator are different. I have a plug off a civic that works that I may to splice to make this work. Ideally I wanted to make it plug and play somehow where I do not have to splice or cut wires on my stock harness. So i would need a plug of some sort I guess the female side on the h22 alternator or something like that and run that to my plug. Has anyone done this or attempted it ? Or have an old h22 alternator that does not work that I could buy for parts ?
Also I was contemplating running a 6 rib alt pulley that I have laying around vs the stock pulley. Does anyone know if they saw any minimal differences with the decrease in rotational mass found there ? Im alittle weary of running a 3 rib belt on a 6 rib crank pulley.

o wow, i forgot the pllugs were THAT different, i'm not sure if the plugs will swap. it would probably be better to just swap the plugs on your harness then, looks like it'd have to be a cut/solder job as well, i don't thing a de-pin would work
Yeah, if you can de-pin and re-pin the connector that would probably be best. Otherwise you might have to cut and solder wires like jlude90 said.
Does each connector have the same number of wires? Looks like they do...
