im swaping a ls into my std and integra axles do not fit into std knuckles, so i bought some gsr front knuckles that have the calipers and discs but i am wondering if i can put my discs and calipers on the gsr knuckles to keep the braking balanced?

 

stick with the GSR setup, it will provide more braking power due to a larger contact between pad and rotor. The STD setup would e a downgrade and make no sense.

 

ok cuz im still going to use the std master, so i thought that my brakes might get imbalanced

They might be.
To resolve it you would need to upgrade the master cylinder and probably the proportioning valve.

You DO want to upgrade the brakes though. The STD motor was lighter and gutless compared to the GSR motor. Both are good enough reasons to me for a upgade IMO!
