Default quick question on routing clutch line w/o clutch damper

I read all the threads about eliminating the damper but I was wondering if,

I can keep the orginal hardline and just buy a line that goes from where the hardline went into the damper to the slave?

What size line would I have to get If I were to use the factory hardline to the slave?

Thanks

You couldn't "buy" a hardline, but you could "make" one to delete the damper. Or you could get a SS Line to delete the damper. Or replace it all.

Is the a reason you do not want to replace it all?

I believe the stock line is -3 AN and the fittings are 10mm x 1.0 for the hardline.

yeah, -4AN won't do you any good, so don't think bigger is better. and you can just get a fitting on one end to go with the flare fitting that would have originally connected to the damper, and then your banjo fitting or whatever on your slave

Yeah, you could do that. Just make a line or have a line made from the hardline over to the slave. Of course you will have to measure the length and find the proper fittings...that's the hard part :p
