How to tell if your civic is chipped...pros and cons of a chipped civic
Hello,
new to honda-tech...i was wondering how to tell if your civic has been chipped...i recently bought a 93 civic SI hatch...and the previous owner wasn't too forthcoming of the mods that he had done to it...and before i start buying stuff...i was wondering if theres a failsafe way to see if my car has been chipped besides opening up the ecu...also what are the pros and cons of a chipped civic....i've seen tons of "chipped ecu's" on craigslist and i don't know at all what that means...any info would be appreciated
