Default How much HP can stock B16A2 transmission handle?

I was wondering how much can a stock 1999-00 civic si tranny handle. I was looking around 500hp. If it can't handle that much where can I order parts to rebuild it to handle 500 to 600 hp safely.

Also how much can a stock D16Z6 EX tranny handle? Thanks

ive seen plenty of ppl run 500+ on a stock tranny. its all about how you treat it... if your sitting at the lights just dropping the clutch to launch it causes alot of shock and will kill the tranny fast. preload and it will last a long time
