Icon2 93 Accord has a Hic up at idle?!?!?! Help Please!!

Okay so my girlfriend bought this 93 Accord, Really nice Perfect interior and off a fresh rebuild basically. The guy we bought it off is like a honda god. The head has been redone, New tranny, New plugs, Plug wires. Ect Ect. The only problem is when first starting up the idle jumps up and down, And once warm only while in gear it "Hic ups" So to say. He's tried everything to fix it and we can't figure out why it idles weird. Has anyone ever experinced anything like this? Or does anyone know what's going on? Thanks in advance for your help!!

i did that already that too and with mine it does it less now. it does it if i drive aggressively or take the freeway. but after cleaning it it was better but not fixed. some people get lucky and it fixes it some don't

here is something someone should me to do if you want to "fix it" on the cheap but i would replace it. first i would check the vacuum lines and spray around with some intake cleaner to make sure it is not a air leak. but here is that link

Are you wanting to sell it? And are you saying that's the same thing as a IACV? I don't own a accord so don't know crap about them.. And i have never heard of a "Fast Idle Valve"
