93 Accord has a Hic up at idle?!?!?! Help Please!!
Okay so my girlfriend bought this 93 Accord, Really nice Perfect interior and off a fresh rebuild basically. The guy we bought it off is like a honda god. The head has been redone, New tranny, New plugs, Plug wires. Ect Ect. The only problem is when first starting up the idle jumps up and down, And once warm only while in gear it "Hic ups" So to say. He's tried everything to fix it and we can't figure out why it idles weird. Has anyone ever experinced anything like this? Or does anyone know what's going on? Thanks in advance for your help!!

here is something someone should me to do if you want to "fix it" on the cheap but i would replace it. first i would check the vacuum lines and spray around with some intake cleaner to make sure it is not a air leak. but here is that link

Are you wanting to sell it? And are you saying that's the same thing as a IACV? I don't own a accord so don't know crap about them.. And i have never heard of a "Fast Idle Valve"
well yeah the FICV is the part i was thinking of to begin with. (DUH for me) LOL when i went online to look up the part to get a price i could only find the FICV listed under IACV oddly enough. but yet the IACV is named the same IACV
