I'm helping my buddy install A/C on a his DC. The car did not come with A/C. He bought the complete A/C from another DC that came with it and swaped everything into his car. Everything is hooked up but when we turn the A/C on nothing happens. When I go to put the paper clip on the fan swith only the radiator fan turns on. The A/C fan and compressor are not doing anything. I know plenty of people out there have done this, so someone will probably know somthing about the process. Any help is greatly appreciated.

was it charged? you check the a/c compressor relay? is the blower turning on?

 

It's not charged, I need the compressor to turn first before starting it... As far as I was aware the relay was good. The blower is turning on.
