I am sure this is been done before but I have not seen it forever and I got bored and figured why not. We all know what 3 color's came to the states so please vote your favorite in order what color you prefer on the Type R. Thank you

CW - Championship White
PY - Phoenix Yellow
NHBP - Nighthawk Black Pearl
FBP - Flameco Black Pearl

I love how the black looks, but not the upkeep of black paint. Hmmm...

 

Black looks nice however I agree with the upkeep its just to much work trying to keep those swirlies out. I Love CW and PY the best but was biased with my vote and went with PY - CW - NHBP/FBP because I currently own a PY but it could go both ways for first between CW and PY.

I picked black/white/yellow.

I'm just not much into yellow cars for the most part.

If I had the chance to own a mint ITR it would honestly be kept in the garage most of the time, only to come out in nice weather. I would baby it enough that swirls shouldn't be an issue.

I had a friend who has owned two black ITRs (one got cut up) and it was really striking. I like white cars, but I guess I get tired of the hype around Championship White. So I had to go with black first still since as far as looks go, I still prefer the black.

 

py is the only yellow car I like, I love that color

 

Hmmm, let's see, maybe because it's Honda's flagship color?....

should have done JDM colors too tho. haha. MR, VSM, SLY.... makes me sad we didn't have these colors.

Back 6-7yrs ago in my company's parking lot, I kept looking at all three color (4 caRs)Type-Rs every time I walked pass them. I kept telling myself..."Damn...the PY one is flashy, the two CW are so grand and rooted to Honda racing heritage, and the NHBP one is kind plain looking"....Now a day, every time I walk pass the two color (CW and NHBP) Type-R, I keep telling myself..."Damn...that NHBP one is so plain looking compare to the CW one."
There you have it. For over 6yrs of staring at all three colors, the CW Type-R always come out ahead. Next is the PY Type-R and leastly and last place...the NHBP Type-R. Sorry NHBP Type-R owners. The NHBP color has never grown on me.

I went PY, NHBP and then CW. Even though I have a black one there is just something about the yellow on a Type R...looks sweet! Never really been into white cars.

 

Although I love PY, the nice thing about the CW and NHBP/FBP is there bumpers match from the factory. My only complaint about the PY is the bumpers never match but it isnt a deal breaker by any means.

 

 

White is sexy,clean,and is the champion.

 

CW is clearly the favorite among the colors as expected and NHBP/FBP are clearly the least favorite. Keep Voting if you have not yet. Thanks
