Default SIR II intermediate shaft question

Ive got a second gen b16a sitting in my garage right now and cleaning it up to go into my 96 dx coupe.

Ive read various swap guides that said that I need to pick up either integra axles/99si axles/del sol axles for this swap.

Ive got 2 new teg axles now..but do I really have to buy the teg half shaft also?

The axles are for a 94 non abs rs teg.

I found an intermediate shaft from an integra but it's out of an automatic...is there any difference between automatic and 5spd intermediate shafts for b-seires?

Ok, so I checked my intermediate shaft against pictures on the net...It has both male ends and looks like a teg one.

Do integra's have female ends on the drivers cv shaft?

Depends on the year. '90 - '93 I believe have the female end on the intermidiate shaft, '94 - '01 have the male end on the intermediate shaft IIRC. You can use either type of axles so long as you use the corresponding driver's side axle seal and intermediate shaft.

Word, it's def. not the 90-93. It was previously used in an eg bubble. The new axles I bought look a bit different, the older ones have the rubber vibration rings but are the same length..I guess my question was...I shouldnt have any problem using this half shaft in an ek coupe right?
