My throttle body cable bends so funky now after the DOHC ZC swap. I can not find any way for it to sit without bending too much. Also when I close my hood, pressure is put on the cable because of how it sits and it causes the throttle to open up =/


Do I need a cable from an SI? And if so where can I get one? I searched 1990 civic throttle body cable in google and so far no luck. my search skills are lacking today.

 

local oriely, autoparts, etc can't find anything and the local junk yard doesn't have any.

none of the OEM sites I can find list the part.. most of the sites don't even go back farther than 92 for some reason.

Anybody got any clue?
