What I guess you're hearing is the springs moving on the mount plates. Usually as a result of upper bearing failure, poor spring manufacture, or also shocks over-length (some spring manufacturers require shocks to be shortened when installing their lowered coils)..... I assume this noise has only occurred since installing new springs?? Or after having springs out and back in??
As someone else mentioned - could also be due to not aligning the spring with the seat (causing spring to jump in and out of seat). A good practice when installing springs, is to compare original with replacements for height, number of coils (rate of progression), and also alignment of pig-tails/ends of springs both top & bottom. You'd be surprised at the number of replacement springs that have been carelessly manufactured, and the pig-tails etc don't match up with the originals!!!
Sometimes you can improve this by turning the top rubber spring mount (if your model has it) to suit, although this can also cause further headaches with top plate fitment....
Hope it helps!

Ground Control's springs are manufactured by Eibach, I can assure you that the springs are not the issue more than likely it is an install problem or a seating problem. What shocks?
