Default When should the timing belt be replaced?

I have an 01 accord 4 cylinder with 70,000 miles and wondering when should the timing belt be replaced? I was told at 90,000 miles.

It should be done by whichever comes first, 90k or 7 years.

The owners manual lists 105,000 miles or 7 years (lists the time in months and not years) for the 2001 4cyl. I have a 2001 also.

Cheers
