Clutchmasters Stage V. Pedal pressure as light as stock (no joke) but holds tons of power. It's kind of like an on/off switch though, so you might want to go with something with dampening springs, like a Stage IV.
Clutchmasters Stage 3
Feels like stock... grabs nice. But why ask. Look at all of these opinions. Now you are just confused, right? heh. I mean... all of the recommended will probably do the job very nicely for the goal you have in mind.

Stock.
LOL... I think this guy has the right idea.
The stock ITR clutch will handle quite a bit more HP w/out your having to upgrade beyond it.
There are also lots of stock-like clutch kits that Honda-Tech ITR owners use and speak well of.
There is currently a thread in Best Buys (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=216347). They sell a lot of Exedy clutches and are able to provide a complete kit for $265. The only problem I'm aware of that Mike has ever had, he solved to everyone's satisfaction.
There are a lot of stock-like clutches that cost quite a bit more, but really don't provide anything more than the stock ITR clutch provides. I'm afraid one of these is the Spoon full-face clutch, which is basically just a stock clutch. They offer it for the convenience of people ordering other Spoon parts at the same time, but you will end up paying more than you should for an otherwise stock clutch.
I'm not bashing them...the old man would tell you the same thing!
Further advice: Don't even think about a multi-puck clutch unless you're going all out racing. They're just too grabby for most of us to want them on cars that we're using every day.

I had the following full faced clutches in my ITR:
Stock: speaks for itself
ACT: Pedal Feel was too stiff for me
Spoon: Good grib and felt like stock
TODA: I love it, I have NO complaints
