Rear Seat Belts?

I Couldn't Find Out How To Install Em?Help Plz.
It's a 93 Civic Hatchback DX.

you put bolts in the bolt holes. simple as that. geezus christ take some damn initiative and take a damn look. its pretty self explanitory

It's a little bit more than just a bolt in a hole. There are washers and such that are also supposed to be put on in a certain order.
