Icon6 99-00 Foglight Help

So I've had these 99-00 OEM Replica fog lights for almost 2 years now, and my passenger side fog light just went out. So I thought the bulb just went out, so I replaced with a new OEM bulb and still nothing. Now I don't really know anything about electronics so bear with me heh. Could it be a blown fuse that would cause this? And if it was, wouldn't both the driver and passenger fog light not work? Or could it be the 2-pin connector at the bumper support? Whats a good way to check all these connections to make sure there working? Again sorry I don't know much about electronics and these maybe stupid questions lol, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Re: 99-00 Foglight Help

Ok so I got a digital multimeter today and found that I had power to the 2-pin connector. And then went ahead and did some readings on the inside of the fog light housing (where the black wire is grounded to, and the red wire). Those had power as well. So I'm stumped, since it has power all the way to the bulb, shouldn't it be working? I've put in 2 brand new bulbs and none of those have worked either. So its not the bulb. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks again!
