RHD Help!
I have a 94 civic Coupe. I Live in San Diego, California. Does anyone know where I could get the most legit, least inexpensive RHD Conversion?
I also have questions as to when you have it done what do you have to do to get it registered, and all that other good stuff the law requires? Any help counts.
Thanks a lot...

best place to get a RHD conversion is HMO (hmotorsonline.com)
there is a thread here started by a member that is doing a D.I.Y thread on RHD. i will try to find the link and post it here so you can know what is needed and what to do legal wise
this isnt the D.I.Y but it helps
https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...RHD+conversion
and if you want more info on registering a RHD vehicle, please use the search on top. there are many threads about how to, what is needed, etc

The thing is that I don't want to do this myself. I would rather have it done at a shop so if there is something wrong they have to fix it..
Where do i find the rhd post at?
Have you heard that it is not too difficult?

Let me tell ya straight up that it would be MUCH cheaper to just buy a RHD civic. Think about it; you need a shop to strip your car pretty much right out and then rebuild it with everything from a RHD civic. The labor itself would be huge, not because it is difficult, but because it would be fairly time consuming. Then you need to consider the fact that you need to get the RHD parts. Anything JDM = $$$$. You can get a RHD civic for pretty cheap. I live in Canada and I have seen them going for about $8000 canadian here. My guess is that you can pick one up in the states for about $5000 US, give or take.
I'm not exactly sure if you were planning on just an engine swap, or full out conversion. Even if you buy a front end clip from a RHD civic, you'll have to repaint the car, and I personally am not down with cutting and welding the body back together. I am under the impression that you jsut want to part out your car and fill it with the JDM goodies. But why? Why would you want to drive a RHD car in a country filled with LHD vehicles? Not only is it dangerous making left hand turns because you can't see on coming traffic, it makes your car super visible to thiefs. I could be wrong, but if I saw a RHD drive civic rolling around, I would expect it to get jacked much sooner as compared to its LHD counterpart. Simply put, if you got the cash to do the conversion, you probably means you have the cash for other aftermarket goodies, which makes you an easy target.

Oh boy. What's the point? For the price you'll pay a shop to do the conversion, you can buy a RHD coupe from japan. If you're going for looks, which is obviously the case, save your money for something worth while... like new rims or even matching paint. For everything to be done "legit", you're looking at around $5k for a perfect job. But good luck finding a shop that'll warrant the work for long.
I can do the swap for you... email me at domhondaswaps@gmail.com with your phone number.
