where did you buy it from? i dont get it how it would not be

 

from honda dealership in town...and guy at parts counter previously worked for acura as well....

 

then i dont know how it wouldnt fit...are you putting it on correctly...try taking in your gasket for them to match....

 

i looked it up at hondaparts.com and it says the same thing...im thinking your just not doing something right...

 

the gaskets dont even look the same and yes i tried several times and even had another set of eyes looking at it...it doesnt not fit properly at all

 

is your motor stock? and is it the original motor of that car?

 

yes and yes...people at the dealership saw the part i brought them and put them in front of them and they were just as confused as me

so you bought a 99 gsr one and it didnt fit also...try looking it up in some other kind of car to see it its different

 

the one off the b16 civic si is the same part number so i have no idea...

its frustrating and i dont want to have to buy a new vtec solenoid but i may just have to...

 

up anyone? vtec withdrawls and getting tired of feeding the motor oil to leak back out....

anyone have a working/non leaking b series vtec solenoid with the clip? if so PM me a price to 70508
