Default Conical 3 - 4" reducer

I'm doing a 4" dp for my teg out the bumper and for the life of me I can't figure out were to buy a 3-4" conical mild steel cone, so to speak.

I'm trying to go from a 3" v band to a 4" pipe

Any ideas?

I'm old school and just have a mig welder and don't do stainless. I've had great luck with mild steel downpipes. I found a mild steel v band flange.

Thank you for your time,
dk

Our 3" to 4" transition is about a 30 deg angle, and does the transition in about 2". If you need it longer, you may need to use a rolled cone.
