13" hx rims ?

a friend of mine gave me 2 wheels he had in his shed and i dont know whats up.
they look just like hx wheels, but they're 13" wheels.
any onfo would be great!

hx are 14''
vx are 13''
almost similar looking

There from a 92-95 Civic Vx and there Enkei OEM. The spokes are shorter then HX due to 13". If I remember the 5.5'' wide and M&H has a set of street slicks that will fit with them. They will not work with 10'' rotors. I'll take a center caps if you want to part with them
