Ek keeps cutting off and dying out

Ek keeps cutting off and dying out
I just picked up a 98 civic dx and it likes to die out when ever it wants to. Also it bogs out when i accelerate to around 4500 rpm. If any one can help me out with this or know whats up. Lmk thanks
