D16z6 head internals into JDM D15B?

D16z6 head internals into JDM D15B?
So... My question is.... Will aftermarket D16z6 head components, ex. Valves, springs, lifters, valve guides, ect ect minus the Cam... Fit in a D15b Non-vtec head?
Reason I'm asking this, is because... I cant seem to find any after market parts for the head of my D15b besides a cam... and well, I plan on boosting my motor but this is were the problem starts.. The head.. I have the bottom end all figured out already.
Any info or suggestions would be great, *BESIDES saying just SWAP IT*..
