what honda are d16z6 usually found in? what year too?

Then why the **** are 93 d16z6 throttle body gaskets different from 95 d16z6 throttle body gaskets.

hahahahaha, welcome to the automotive service industry. things like that are what makes me keep a special place in my heart for GM, they like to use the same parts not changing anything for decades. it makes things very easy when workng on them.

the gaskets are different because some engineer over in japoland decided that it needed to be changed. maybe there was a problem with it getting clogged, who knows. lots of possibilities.

Bigger air flow all it is. I changed my manifold to the y8 let more air flow increased hp...... Work even better if turbo...

They aren't. I just checked a ton of listings on Majestic honda, for both automatic and 5 speed '92 - '95 D16Z6s in Si hatches and EX sedans, all have the same number.
