Probably won't mount up, depending on manufacturer. 96-98 gets a different front end than 99-00, you'd probably want a different hood and fenders to make things line up. Most do not fit well anyway, so these steps are optional.
this has gotten off topic and turned into a ek thread? GTFO pls thanks bye
A question was asked, a question was answered. Were you really going to have them start a new thread? So many good threads have resulted from being lightly off-topic. This is a 92-00 Civic board, on a thread about front end fitments.
EDIT: No wonder this guy's banned now.
Didn't even last 3 months.

He's on the right track.
You need to acquire coupe/hatch fenders and cut off the front half of those fenders. Do the same to your sedan fenders. Now weld the front half of the coupe fenders to the rear half of the sedan fenders and voilą, you now have frankenstein fenders. You will also use coupe/hatch corner lights.
Many people have just simply bolted up the coupe/hatch bumper to the sedan fenders. The bumper is noticeably shorter and the corner lights fit goofy. IMO, keep the sedan bumper, it belongs on your sedan

Hope this helps
I can see how you would think that, but believe it or not, the hood has nothing to do with it. Also, the fenders from a coupe/hatch will not bolt up. They are shorter than the sedan fenders.
