does anyone know where to go if i need to get my civic inspected for approval and to get a smog. is it the state ref or somethin like that? any help would be coo

its swapped so yeah you need to go to the state ref. call their 1-800 number and they will tell you what you need to know about where to go and all the fun stuff.
