Dumb Question - Does Napa really carry genuine parts?

Dumb Question - Does Napa really carry genuine parts?
I know they carry gates belts, and I understand that gates belts makes the belts for Honda, but are all parts such as gaskets, hoses etc. from the makers that make for honda? Seams like it is just marketing.
