I just bought a 92 prelude SI H23A1 and for some reason it is a pain to get it to go into first and not at all on 3rd or 5th.Someone said to adjust my shift cable but I have no idea how to. I am new to the Prelude world and any help would be appreciated .

 

check : clutch fluid , master cylinder, slave for leaks.

 

do what that guy said. also, if all else fails, u could be looking at ****ed up synchronizers in ur tranny. or maybe even teeth broken off of the gears.

 

where does the clutch sit as it starts to grab might be clutch adjustment or worn clutch but if it is a clutch problem by now it might have syncro problems
