Has some 96-00 specific guides, at least sticks to Civics and has some stuff about DOHC engines in it!

You're probably not going to get more, because it's against H-T rules to post links to manuals (copyrighted material).

This is inaccurate. I had an exchange with several moderators and the Internet Brands administrator recently on this. Linking to the UK site manuals is permitted, for one, e.g. http://media.honda.co.uk/car/owner/m...s/CivicManual/ . Though beware that UK Civics may differ in some respects from U.S. Civics. Also, autozone.com has free online manuals that are Chilton's quality or better, occasionally excerpting the shop manual verbatim. However, Autozone has its own policy and prohibits direct linking to its manuals' pages or even linking to autozone.com. Hence just tell people to look at the free online manuals at autozone.com .

Any moderator, wannabe moderator or participant here can PM me and I will forward a copy of the appropriate PM from the appropriate higher up moderator and administrator on this.

Every site on the internet is copyrighted, regardless of whether a copyright mark is shown. To ensure compliance with the law, in theory anyone posting a link to another's site is supposed to get permission in advance.

Lastly, H-T's policy could change at any time. These days it is a commercially run site that makes its money from advertising, hence it has obligations to attempt to conform with copyright and other law.
