Default Are these 2 hoses necessary?

I have a 90 civic with a 91 b18a and I am going to put a aem intake on but the factory intake has these two extra hose that fit into the top and goes to the manifold. Do I need to have these plugged into the aem intake cause it only has the connection that goes to the valve cover?

Here's a link to what I am talking about

It is #10 and #4 in the picture

thanks

Ummm, not sure on your car but on most I have seen if you dont have vaccum to the dashpot it will cause the cars RPMS to sit real high.
