h22 swap problems need help

swapped a h22 into my eg hatch taking it for its first spin and the vtec does not kick in when it gets past 4500rpm the car then bogs out and oil **** out of the bottom bolt on the dizzy any ideas please

check all the O-ring seals on your dizzy...... it might be leaking oil into the dizzy though at the camshaft witch would cause all your problems
