B18C to B18C6 Block Differences?
Brought a B18C6 Head not to long ago, to go with my B16A2, believe the B18C6 head is slightly bigger ported as standard (dont quote me on that).
However, been thinking of doing a full B18 swap into my EG, would just need to find a block, as i have the head already.
What are the differences between the B18C Blocks, if there is any at all? bearing in mind, the block will getting pistons, crank, rods, full rebuild, etc.

no difference. the b18c6 is the UK/EDM version of our b18c5 ITR motor. If you are replacing the internal rotating assembly it would be identical to any b18c motor.
i'm 99.9% positive that a b18c6 head is still a PR3 which is the same casting as any b16 head. but you are correct that it does have a slight port and polish from Honda out of the factory.

Thanks for the help!
dude CC is saying that is what an itr head has, yet there are several codes for itr's because itr's were sold in several countries, my question is how do you know you have an itr head off a b18c6? the jdm b18c is an itr,the b18c5 is one yada yada how do you know yours is off a b18c6?
B18C6 has 11.1:1 cr, same as the JDM B18C. Same engine, different code as it's for the European market. It has the same header as on the US B18C5, and is rated at 190HP. Heads on these are ITR PR3-x heads as other ITR engines, I'm not aware of any differences between this and a B18C5 head.

Unless the Valvetrain has been upgraded and the PnP is still questionable then I'd check the exhaust springs. The ITR has duals on both intake & exhaust, where as the Si/PR3 should only have a single spring on the exhaust.
ITR

Si

The ITR diagram shows a single as well as the dual 2 piece spring to the side, but the dual is what is used as most here know. My guess is Honda obviously reused the Pr3 diagram then added to it to show the ITR springs instead of mocking up a new one just to represent the dual springs and their intended locations as per the ITR diagram.
