hi... im kinda confuse about the location of the obd1 honda accord 94.. i saw one near the cat converter. but i cant find near the manifold. do i have to remove the heat shield for me to see the sensor.. and i bought a new o2 sensor but it did not specify which one (if there are two )... please let me know.. thanx... im having a very poor engine run...

 

Your car only has one O2 sensor, if you see one near the cat, that is the one. What trim level is yours (DX, LX, EX)?

 

94 LX has the O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold.

94 EX has the O2 sensor near the cat.

 

thank you soo much guys... i have the haynes and it pictured the one in the manifold so i got confused.. man this site is one big help for fellow honda diy owners..... i have the EX.. it have 300,000+ mileage,,, it still runs fine....
