Need help! cleaning motor.

I seen on one other thread that it is not good to hot tank h22 blocks, so what can I do to clean my motor. I am going to rebuild it so I what to clean it. I searched and found nothing else. Can someone help.

Go to an auto painting store and pick up some grease and wax remover. Don't get De-greaser, there is a difference. Its about 25 bucks a gallon, but its worth it.
