Default Header Selection???

Now i've done my share of research, but i'm looking to see what you guys have to say.

I've got an AEBS sleeved 86mm gs-r w/cp 13.2:1's, H-beams, and stock crank - GS-R head knife edged intake runners, ferrera valves, crower springs and retainers, and buddyclub spec 3's (for now)

What would you recommend that I run for a header? Any other critical changes that I should make before I run this setup?

This is my first n/a build by the way.

Appreciate your input.

Just cerious what gas you plan on running, and is this a race only setup? From the looks of your setup(13:1 comp.) I would be looking into some type of drag header but then again the bc 3's defeat that purpose. It's best to match parts to preform together.

Contact a custom header designer and give him your engine componenets. SMSP, SSR, Hytech can all help you

With an 86mm bore and 13:1 compression, why in the name of all that is holy, would you run such a small set of camshafts?
SMSP, SSR, or Hytech would be the headers of choice for the discerning engine builder.
