Yes, In the transmission ONLY use Honda MTF from the stealership. 2qts @ x 7$ each

or GM Synchromesh as someone else said. But I like the Honda stuff.

and Yes, I've tried Royal Purple, Mobil 1, and Redline in my trans.. and it likes Honda MTF the best.

Yeah Ive heard good things about BG syncroshift II if your tranny is worn out. But I'd still use Honda MTF over anything else.

not really sure why people think that royal purple is so much better than the honda stuff. my motor doesn't even like Royal purple that much. It likes extended performance Mobil 1 better...

And It should be a No Brainer to use Honda MTF in the Trans.. It was made for it. durrr

damn brand ******

I have used honda MTF and Redline. It seemed to run way better with the Honda MTF. Im willing to try the royal purple but its like $20000 a bottle. If it can get rid of my 3rd gear grind them im all for it.

RP in the motor as seen here everything is still polished and NO CARBON from when I had it built 5 years ago and it's been 470whp street warrior

BLock is currently awaiting new pistons from a failed 1000cc injector on dyno

NO yellowing NONE
Any 10w30 in the trans is fine for all my M2"a4,s4,f4, and even yeah b4" I have a tranny junk yard forming from power breaks, not oil failure.

My $0.02
