hi all honda nuts. have my 2000 si civic for about a year now. recently it has being getting sluggish when warming up. driving from cold the car is nippy and responsive for the first few miles, but a soon as the car gets between 2-3000 rpm the car loses some power. after 4-5000 rpm the car seem to clear itself out. a cel light showed up a few weeks back but the minute i turned off the car and restarted the car it was gone. went to a local mechanic to run diagnostics but nothing had shown up?? changed the leads and plugs before but no difference! but there only spurious parts from local autoparts store. just bought sum ngk leads and plugs this week so i will try them and get back to you. could be a map sensor problem aswell. car is due a timing belt kit this week too...
