Default CTR interior questions

So, I have a '99 EM1 and I'd like to get a few CTR parts in my car. My first step is seats; back/front seats, to be exact.

The way I understand it, the EK9 was still the same chassis pretty much as the other hatches, so that all the interior parts SANS the rear panels should be plug and play on a coupe. Is this the case? Will CTR front seats and back seats just line up and be good to go on my rails/seat supports in the back? Also, for the steering wheel, is it just plug and play, SRS inclusive?

I guess that's really all I want to know. If anyone cares, my plans are just the door panels, fully black dyed interior (dash, door, etc), red carpet, red garnish on doors, OEM HOP CTR shiftboot/****, CTR e-brake lever and armrest delete. My goal is not to make the interior pass as a CTR, but to just get the look and feel that I think is a lot sportier and suits my taste, so no CTR Climate Control or cluster, those I'll keep my current ones.

Anyhow, appreciate the help! Thanks.

everything is plug and play on a 96-00 civic HATCH.. The only thing that will not be plug and play on the COUPE would be the back seats.. and the rear panels

So the back seats will not fit the same on a coupe? What are the differences with the back seats? I thought seats would be the same but rear panels would be different. Any easy modding that can be done for seats to go in in a coupe?

Thanks!

well the coupes trunk cover is different for one.. I think that is the big difference.. Im not sure but you can probably try and convert it to fit.. everything is possible. I think you can possibly use the bottom rear seats but Im not sure.. I have 98 Gsr leather rear seats in my Ek hatchback.. dont ask me how I did it but I got it to fit.. not properly but it works.. :]

Ah, right, well I'd imagine the seats would line up the same on the back. But we'll see, I'm gonna try and do some research - was wishing the search function didn't suck so much.

coupe rear seats have a 60/40 split where hatches have a 50/50 split. it can be done, but its not an easy task like putting integra seats into a hatch.

Gotcha, thanks for the info. Will do some further research before I jump the gun and get the seats, then.

Appreciate it, hopefully I can find someone who's done it and check out how they managed.
