Default b16a2 head rebuilt safe rpm with duel valve springs

oke i got a b16a2 head rebuilt with the stock duel intake side valve springs and inners and i got a set of spair intake inner valve springs if u use them in the exhaust side will the motor be able to rev safely to 8700-9000 rpm or should i get a set or after market valve springs also runing stock retainers

runing b16b cams and the head was rebuilt and had a valve job and the springs had less then 80tho km on them

Id be willing to bet CTR cams wont make power to 9k.
