I have a 1994 civic hb si with a b17 swap in it. The motor is stock, running a p72 ecu the car will not rev pass 6500 when you are running. ecu is stock also any one have any ideas what could be causing this. Also i do not have any check engine light on.

Is there a fuel cutoff after 6500? Any CEL's?

 

if there is not a cel on id say switch the ecu
