91 turbo integra ls obd0 to obd1 conversion

what is the average cost to convert to obd1 from obd0 and a good place to get all the necessary parts, minus the dizzy.

rywire.com around 150$ for the harness, then a obd1 b series distr. and a 4 wire o2 sensor.
