i have two good front left stock struts and my front right strut is blown, figures. is it possible to use the front left strut for the front right?... if not what are the differences between the two?

they are interchangeable

 

yes you can use either for each side. The rears cannot be swapped to the front and vice versa, but the 2 fronts can be changed.
