some noob questions, ive painted before, but not real sure on what i need...i wanna paint my hatch black, but not sure what kinda paint to get. im used to bc / cc. whats a good bc / cc black paint?

i have used napa tec base paint and never had a problem, but they have a cheaper brand called crossfire but it is a thinn mixed paint

 

du pont is a nice paint to use

 

I also use Dupont Chromabase. It has nice coverage.

 

ppg is probably the easiest to work with. dupont is good also. and black paint is pretty much just black, unless you add pearl or something else in there. but make sure you use more coats of clear than usual because you will end up buffing the car more just becasue black is hard to take care of.
