They are used but still in very good condition. No cork, no patch, just good old used tires that should last you for 20K miles. I don't run 16" rims any more. So, these go for cheap.

The other two have about 7K miles of use left. So, I doubt that anybody want to spend money to mount them on their cars. Therefor, they were tossed.
